About Loretta
From an early age, I knew I wanted a career that would make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. This passion led me to study psychological science, which eventually became my full-time profession. Now, as a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in both Arkansas and California, I am deeply committed to supporting the well-being of all my clients.
I genuinely care about each client I work with and dedicate myself to helping them find the answers they seek. Since 2009, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of individuals, each navigating their own unique challenges. My approach to therapy is client-centered, offering guidance and support during difficult times while fostering healing and growth.
In our sessions, I will meet you where you are, focusing on what matters most to you. My current clients describe my therapeutic style as engaging, kind, and warm. When needed, I also incorporate a solution-focused approach to provide direction and clarity. Additionally, you have the option to receive support from Bella, my beloved therapy dog, who brings comfort and connection to the healing process.
Together, we will work to uncover your needs and develop coping skills, tools, and strategies for your overall health and well-being. My goal is to foster hope and create meaningful change, helping you move forward with strength and resilience.
"Since founding Loving Life Counseling, I have dedicated myself to ensuring the success of this practice. My passion, creativity, and commitment to personal growth have not only inspired my clients but also motivated my team to reach their fullest potential."
